Introducing Tequila Zero to the family.

Our Tequila comes form the Highlands region in the heart of Jalisco, our attention to detail and careful selection process, ensures only the highest quality juice makes it to our bottling line.

 With the use of only 7 years old Blue Wegner Agave plants, any plant that have defects are discarded and left on the fields, only the highest quality plants makes it to our ovens.

Our carefully selected pinas undergo a two day slow cooking method with steam, only heated for one day at 90 degrees leaving the second day to rest, ensuring our starches are turn into sugars without overcooking our product. Carefully selected Mexican Oak helps our cooking process and covers the ovens with beautiful aromatics.

Our fermentation process is a four day process lead by our natural distillery yiest, its a completely natural fermentation process with no additives or starters.
